Transportation Involves
Everyone (TIE), a non-profit
public education organization, co-founded by David
Brower (a major source of inspiration for Johnson), joins
with the Brower family in saluting Johnson and the National Park
Service. The Brower family and TIE also vigorously support Chief
Ranger Steve Shackleton's authorization and support of Johnson's
endeavors to train more African-American rangers as Buffalo Soldiers
